The NHT requires the professional services of an architectural-led consultancy firm with a Team of Consultants to prepare designs for the building and other facilities for the development of the communal areas at the Ruthven Towers Housing Development, Phase 1, St. Andrew; in accordance with all applicable codes, acts, regulations and the requirements of all the related approval agencies and authorities.
LOCATION
The property is located at 1-3 Ruthven Road, Kingston 10.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
The successful Consultant will be required to:
- Undertake the architectural and engineering designs
- Prepare the cost estimates, tender and contract documents to facilitate the procurement of a contractor for the works
- Obtain all the related approvals
- Evaluate bids received and submit the tender evaluation report to the NHT
ELIGIBILITY TO TENDER
Tenderers must provide:
- Evidence of tax compliance
- Evidence that the Lead Architect and Engineers (Structural, Mechanical and Electrical) and Quantity Surveyor are registered with the Architectural Review Board (ARB), Professional Engineering Registration Board (PERB) and the Jamaica Institute of Quantity Surveying (JIQS), respectively.

RETURN OF TENDERS
- Proposals must be submitted electronically via the GoJ’s e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm, no later than 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2024.
- Proposals will be opened online via the e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm on the same day, immediately following the proposal submission deadline.
