The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites interested persons to submit bids to purchase a commercial building, located at 16 Martin Street, Spanish Town, St. Catherine.
Martin Street is a two-way thoroughfare in the Central Business District of Spanish Town. This commercial building has a 743.9 m2 two-storey open design suitable for office spaces, supermarket, haberdashery or wholesale. It also features 611.07 m2 of available land space suitable for parking and storage.

SUBMISSION OF BIDS:
Sealed bids, clearly stating “Commercial Building 16 Martin Street, Spanish Town”, the bidder’s name and contact number should be deposited no later than 3:00 PM ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 12, 2022 in the appropriately labelled box at any of the locations indicated below
BID OPENING:
There will be a public opening of bids at 10:00 am on TUESDAY, AUGUST 16, 2022 in the Information Systems meeting room, NHT Head Office, 4 Park Boulevard, Kingston 5 at the time indicated below, for each development
