The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites contractors registered with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) to submit tenders to undertake asphalt paving works at the Little London Police Station, Westmoreland.
SCOPE OF WORKS
The successful contractor will be required to provide all labour, materials and equipment associated with the paving works, which includes:
- Paving of the parking area;
- Site clearance; and
- Construction of retaining walls and drainage system.
LOCATION
The Little London Police Station is located along the Little London main road in the parish of Westmoreland.
ELIGIBILITY TO TENDER
Tenderers must provide:
- Evidence of tax compliance.
- A copy of a valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) registration certificate in the categories of Asphaltic Concrete Works OR General Road Works OR Civil Engineering Works with a minimum Grade 3 rating.

RETURN OF TENDERS
Bid must be submitted online on or before Thursday, August 15, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. Bids will be opened online via the e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm on the same day, immediately following the bid submission deadline.
N.B: “The NHT reserves the right not to award a contract to any party with whom it is currently in litigation or with whom it has been previously involved in litigation”.
