The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites qualified commissioned land surveyors to submit proposals to provide boundary and topographical surveying services for 12.04008 hectares (29.752 acres) of land located at Frontier, Port Maria, St. Mary.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The successful Consultant will be required to:
- Conduct topographical surveys and prepare plan to show details and contours at 0.3 metre intervals using ground survey methodology;
- Establish survey controls referenced to JAD 2001 and MSL datum; and
- Prepare the boundary plan, obtain NLA certification and provide statutory documents to declare the project under the Housing Act.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Consultants must provide:
- Evidence of tax compliance
- A copy of a valid Land Surveyors Act Practicing Certificate

RETURN OF PROPOSALS
Proposals must be submitted online on or before Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Proposals will be opened online via the e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm on the same day, immediately following the proposal submission deadline.
