The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites registered contractors to submit tenders to undertake civil infrastructure works for the support of 118 serviced lots, located at the Windsor Housing Development in Trelawny.
LOCATION
The properties are located on the land at Vale Royal, which is approximately 1km south of Duncan’s Town Centre in Trelawny.
SCOPE OF WORKS
The successful contractor will be required to undertake civil infrastructure works, which includes
- Road works - excavation, base works and surfacing;
- Rehabilitation of existing and installation of a new storm water drainage;
- Installation of water distribution system.
ELIGIBILITY TO TENDER:
Tenderers must provide:
- Evidence of tax compliance.
- A copy of a valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) registration certificate in the category of Civil Infrastructure Works with a minimum Grade 1 rating OR General Works with a minimum Grade 1 rating.
N.B: A tender security in the form of a Bond or Bank Guarantee in the amount of J$2,800,000.00 is required.

Bid packages are available for download from the GOJ’s e-procurement website at e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm, from Tuesday, July 11, 2023.
RETURN OF TENDERS:
Bid must be submitted online on or before Monday, October 9, 2023, at 11:00 a.m.; opening of bids will be done online via the e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm on the same day, immediately following bid submission deadline.
N.B.: “The NHT reserves the right not to award a contract to any party with whom it is currently in litigation or with whom it has been previously involved in litigation.”
