Special Home Improvement Loan
A Special Home Improvement loan to assist with roof and home repairs. Available to NHT mortgagors and former mortgagors with up to JMD 1.5 million per collateral.

Disaster Grant
Financial assistance for vulnerable contributors to aid in home repairs, with a maximum grant of JMD 300,000 per household. Estimates and verification required.

Post-Hurricane Peril Moratorium
Special mortgage assistance for those facing financial distress or property damage. Submit a completed Special Mortgage Assistance Application Form along with relevant documentation by September 30, 2024.
