The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites PPC registered suppliers to submit tenders for the supply, delivery and off-loading of ceiling materials at the Little London Station in Westmoreland.
DESCRIPTION OF GOODS
The list of goods required includes:
- 250 x 12' long main tee (white);
- 650 x 4' cross tee (white);
- 650 x 2' cross tee (white);
- 300 x 10' wall angle (white);
- 15 rolls 1/2" galvanized wire rope cable;
- 1,300 sheets 2' x 2' acoustic ceiling tiles.
LOCATION
The Little London Police Station is located in the parish of Westmoreland.
ELIGIBILITY TO TENDER
Tenderers must provide:
- Evidence of tax compliance
- A copy of a valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) registration certificate in the category of Hardware & Haberdashery

Bid packages are available for download from the GOJ’s e-procurement website at e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm, from Tuesday, September 12, 2023.
RETURN OF TENDERS
Bid must be submitted online on / or before Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Bids will be opened online via the e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm on the same day, immediately following the bid submission deadline.
“The NHT reserves the right not to award a contract to any party with whom it is currently in litigation or with whom it has been previously involved in litigation.”
