The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites registered suppliers to submit tenders for the supply, delivery and off-loading tiles and tiling materials (including grout and thin set) as follows:
- 7,000 porcelain matte finish tiles, 2,550 non-slip sanded porcelain tiles, 1,332 ceramic gloss finish interior wall tiles at the Stony Hill Police Station, St. Andrew.
- 5,800 porcelain matte finish tiles, 1,400 non-slip sanded porcelain floor tiles, 1,000 ceramic gloss finish interior wall tiles at the Little London Police Station, Westmoreland
Note: Two (2) separate contracts will be awarded for this procurement process. Therefore, suppliers are allowed to bid on one (1) or both locations.
LOCATION
The properties are located as follows:
Stony Hill Police Station:
The property is located at 1 Christopher Road in Stony Hill St. Andrew.
Little London Police Station:
The property is located on Little London Main Road in Westmoreland
ELIGIBILITY TO TENDER:
Service providers must provide:
- Evidence of tax compliance.
- A copy of a valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) registration certificate in the category of Hardware & Haberdashery
COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS:
Bid packages are available for download from the GOJ’s e-procurement portal at https://www.gojep.gov.jm, from Tuesday, September 12, 2023.
RETURN OF TENDERS:
Bid must be submitted online on or before Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.; opening of bids will be done online via the e-procurement portal at https://www.gojep.gov.jm on the same day, immediately following bid submission deadline.
N.B.: “The NHT reserves the right not to award a contract to any party with whom it is currently in litigation or with whom it has been previously involved in litigation.”
