LOCATION
The properties are located in the Eastern Kingston Community of Vineyard Town approximately 3 km northeast of Downtown, Kingston.
SCOPE OF WORKS
The successful contractor(s) will be required to undertake the building works, including associated external and drainage works for the following locations:
• LOT #1 – 7 Third Avenue: A two-storey concrete building to accommodate 6 No. Studio units having a total floor area of 343.82 square metres.
• LOT #2 – 2a Central Avenue: A two-storey concrete building to accommodate 8 No. Studio units having a total floor area of 448.6 square metres.
ELIGIBILITY FOR TENDER
Tenderers must provide:
Evidence of tax compliance.
For Lot #1: A copy of a valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) registration certificate with a minimum Grade 2 rating in the category of Building Construction.
For Lot #2: A copy of a valid PPC registration certificate with a Grade 1 rating in the category of Building Construction.
N.B: A tender security in the form of a Bond or Bank Guarantee in the amount of J$650,000.00 is required.

Bid packages are available for download from the GOJ’s e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm from Tuesday, August 23, 2022.
RETURN OF TENDERS
• Bids must be submitted electronically via the GoJ’s e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm, no later than 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 11, 2022.
• Opening of bids will be done online via the e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm immediately following the bid submission deadline.
