Offers are invited for tenders from insurance brokers pre-qualified and registered with both the Financial Services Commission (FSC) and the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) to provide general insurance services to the National Housing Trust for a period of three (3) years commencing
April 1, 2026.
Cover is required for the following classes of Risks:

· Public Liability | · Private Comprehensive Motor (Executive Staff) |
· Loss of Money | · Commercial Comprehensive Motor (Staff) |

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Tenderers must provide:
- Evidence of tax compliance for the Brokers and local insurers used in their bids.
- Copy of a valid PPC registration certificate in the category of Insurance Services for the Broker and Insurer.

Bid packages are available for download from the GOJ’s e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm, from Tuesday, August 19, 2025.
RETURN OF TENDERS:
Bids must be submitted online on or before 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 3, 2025. Bids will be opened online via the e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm, immediately following the bid submission deadline.
