The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites contractors registered with Public Procurement Commission (PPC) to submit tenders for the supply, delivery, and off-loading of lumber at Yeast Plant Housing Development, Westmoreland.
DESCRIPTION OF GOODS
The list of goods required includes:
- 108 lengths - 2” x 6” x 18’ – 0’ wpp (door frame)
- 36 lengths - 2” x 4” x 16’ – 0’ wpp (clothes closet)
- 648 lengths - 2” x 4” x 14’ – 0’ rpp
- 54 lengths - 1” x 6” x 16’ - 0” rpp
- 108 lengths - 1” x 1½” x 14’ wpp (door stop)
- 1132 lengths - 1” x 3” x 16’- 0” rpp
- 566 Sheets – 5/8” Form Ply
LOCATION
The property is located along the main road from Savannah – La- Mar to Grange Hill, Northwest of Savannah – La- Mar and approximately 8 km from the town’s center and 5 km outside of Grange Hill in the parish of Westmoreland.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Tenderers must provide:
- Evidence of tax compliance.
- A copy of a valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) registration certificate in the category of Hardware & Haberdashery.

Bid packages will be available electronically for download from the GoJ’s e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm from Tuesday, March 18, 2025.
RETURN OF TENDERS
Bids must be submitted online on or before 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 8, 2025. Bids will be opened online via the e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm on the same day, immediately following the bid submission deadline.
