The National Housing Trust (NHT) is seeking to enter into a two-year framework agreement with Grades 3 and 4 building contractors registered with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) to construct studios, one- and two-bedroom units on serviced lots located in NHT’s developments island wide.
ELIGIBILITY
- Evidence of tax compliance
- A copy of a valid PPC certificate evidencing registration in either Grade 3 or Grade 4 rating in the category of Building Construction.
The Terms of Reference and Application Form may be collected from the Procurement Unit, at NHT’s Head Office, Michael Manley Building, 4 Park Boulevard, Kingston 5. Documents will be available from Tuesday, August 29, 2023, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
RETURN OF DOCUMENTS:
Application forms and other relevant documents are to be placed in the Tender box labelled “Labour and Small Materials Programme – Contractors Framework Agreement” located in the Procurement Unit, on or before 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 6, 2023. Public Opening of the applications follows immediately after, in the NHT Sports & Social Club located on the 3rd Floor of the multi-story car park.
Late Applications will not be accepted.
Note: The NHT reserves the right not to award a contract to any party with whom it is currently in litigation or with whom it has been previously involved in litigation.
