The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites suppliers registered with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) to submit tenders to supply, and install a passenger elevator as specified in the Bills of Quantities at the National Housing Trust, 4 Park Boulevard, St. Andrew.
DESCRIPTION OF GOODS
The scope of works includes, but is not limited to:
- Decommissioning and removal of existing passenger elevator system;
- Removal of existing guide rails and all other associated components; and
- Installation of elevator to include hoist beam, guide rails, pit and shaft lighting, machine equipment and ventilation connections
- Demolition works and site clearance
LOCATION
The property is located is located at 4 Park Boulevard, Kingston 5.
ELIGIBILITY TO TENDER
Tenderers must provide:
- Evidence of tax compliance
- A copy of a valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) registration certificate in the category of Elevator, Escalator and Moving Walkways with a minimum Grade 2 rating.

RETURN OF TENDERS
Bid must be submitted online on or before Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Bids will be opened online via the e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm on the same day, immediately following the bid submission deadline.
