The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites contractors registered with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) to submit tenders to undertake painting works at the Head Office Building, located at 4 Park Boulevard, St. Andrew.
SCOPE OF WORKS
The successful contractor will be required to provide all labour, materials and equipment associated with the painting of the exterior of the Head Office buildings, which includes but is not limited to the application of paint and primer to the:
- Main building to include parking garage (basement)
- Generator room
- After School building
- Guard House
- Boundary wall and fencing
ELIGIBILITY TO TENDER
Tenderers must provide:
- Evidence of tax compliance
- A copy of a valid PPC registration certificate in the category of Painting and Decorative Finishes with a minimum Grade 2 rating.
COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Bid packages are available for download from the GOJ’s e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm, from Tuesday, October 14, 2025.
RETURN OF TENDERS
- Bid must be submitted online on or before Monday, November 17, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
- Bids will be opened online via the e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm on the same day, immediately following the bid submission deadline.
N.B.: “The NHT reserves the right not to award a contract to any party with whom it is currently in litigation or with whom it has been previously involved in litigation.”
